Yorkshire Transformation Centre
We are delighted to launch this new arm of the Family Centre which allows access to a variety of inner healing, counseling and deliverance ministries which are all aimed at bringing people into freedom. The following services are open to anyone of any faith or background in the area.
Counselling Service
We are delighted to offer a professional, creative and affordable counselling. Click here for a Microsoft Publisher file with further details of the counselling service.
Our counsellor is available by appointment to assist individuals or couples. Many different issues can be explored in counselling such as life crisis, stress, bereavement, abuse, self esteem issues, relationship problems and general issues. Our counsellor works creatively drawing on many different therapies to help a client. A potential client can either ring 01274 690262 ext 29 or
e-mail counselling@buttershawbaptist.org.uk and our counsellor will return the call to assess the need and book an appointment.
Counselling is charged on a donation system. Where a client is able to donate we encourage donation at the rate of what they would earn or receive in benefits for an hour. For example someone earning the minimum wage would donate £5.75 for each counselling session. The counsellor will talk each client through this at the initial assessment.
Sozo Ministry
This ministry is a unique inner healing and deliverance ministry in which the main aim is to get to the root of those things hindering your personal connection with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. A SOZO session may last 2-3 hours and is conducted by two team members. Sozo is not a counseling session but a time of interacting with Father, Son and Holy Spirit for wholeness and pursuing of your destiny.
